Yes you can! That is the beauty of these tickets. In addition to the scratch of games being personalized, they can also be customized - FREE! Please e-mail us at info@personalizedpartyscratchoffs.com with any customization requests before placing your order.
Can you customize scratch off games using licensed characters? TOP
No, I am sorry, we cannot design scratch off games using licensed characters.
Can I include a personal photo or business logo on your scratch of cards? TOP
It is your responsibility to obtain permission from the photographer or the business owner in order to use photos or logos. Once you have received permission, you can e-mail your .gif, .jpg or .png file to info@personalizedpartyscratchoffs.com with your design specifications and we will be happy to include your photo or business logo.
How many winning tickets will I receive? TOP
Please indicate the TOTAL number of winning tickets where it says "Number of Winning Tickets". If this option is left blank, you will receive NINE losing tickets and ONE winning ticket.
How will I know which are the winning tickets? TOP
The winning tickets are kept separately.
Can I see a proof of my scratch off game? TOP
Actually, we require that all our customers “proof” their scratch off games before they are printed. Proofs are sent within 48 hours or 2 business days ** of your order via e-mail and we ask that you approve them within 48 hours so that there is no delay in processing your order. **This means Monday through Friday (business days). We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
What if I want to change something after I have approved the proof? TOP
It is very important that you review the proof very carefully before submitting your approval. If you want to change the game or if you find an error or after you have approved the proof, there is $2.00 reprint fee per game.
Do you supply the prizes? TOP
No, I'm sorry. It is the job of the party host to supply all the prizes. That's why you get to choose how many winning tickets you want.
How long will it take to process my order? TOP
In most circumstances you can expect your order to be shipped within 3 business days of receiving approval of your proof. **This means Monday through Friday (business days). We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
How long does delivery take? TOP
As mentioned above, in most circumstances you can expect your order to be shipped within 3 business days of receiving approval of your proof.
Once they are shipped, they are in the hands of the United States Postal Service. GENERALLY SPEAKING, First Class mail takes 2-9 days; Priority Mail takes 2-3 days and Express Mail is "Overnight to Most Areas". We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes the United States Post Office to deliver your items. This include international shipping!

Do you offer RUSH service? TOP
We respectfully request that you allow 10 days to process your order (from beginning to end). Orders needed within 5 business days require a rush order charge in the amount of $5.00 in addition to Express Mail Shipping Charges. Your order will become our priority and will ship ASAP. Please choose the "Express Mail (RUSH) as your shipping method.
What method of payments do you accept? TOP
We only accept paypal at this time. Major credit cards are accepted via Paypal and you do not need a Paypal account.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are paying with a debit card (even though it has mastercard/visa on it), paypal processes them as a "check" and "checks" take 4 days to clear.
Can I cancel my order? TOP
Cancellation is permitted only if your order has not been printed. If we have not worked on your order at all, you will receive a FULL refund. If the design process has been started, you will receive a refund, less a 10% design fee. If your order has already been printed, cancellation is not possible.

We will not sell or share your personal information with anyone. Your personal information is only used to process your order. Your email address is used to answer any questions you or we have, for sending the draft of your order for your approval and to complete your order.
